I hope Tyler Perry doesn't plan on getting his $5,000,000 back (educated/plain as day guess). Also, those are pitifully small amounts "given" to charities. As expected, most of the money went towards TO and TOW--oops, sorry, "expenses". It also looks like a chunk went towards paid "huggees" that TOW could grab and maul during certain photo ops.
