"Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to attend events on opposite sides of the United States next week - as the couple continue their 'twin track' approach to public appearances.

The Duke of Sussex, 40, will appear at The New York Times' DealBook conference in New York next Wednesday, a spokesperson told People.

That evening, the Duchess of Sussex, 43, will reportedly attend the Paley Honors Fall Gala in Los Angeles.

The former Suits actress is expected to present The Paley Honors Award to her friend Tyler Perry, who famously allowed the Duke and Duchess to stay in his $18m Los Angeles mansion after they quit their royal duties in 2020.

According to People, both the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were on the hosting committee for the event - but Prince Harry will not be present on the night."

In addition to Harry and Meghan, Ari Emmanuel as well as Gayle King are among the people on the Hosting Committee. This is all WME. It will be interesting to see if Oprah attends and if she does, if there any photos of Oprah, Gayle and Meghan posing together.
