Andrew did a commendable job the day of the fire, he really worked with the fire brigades and Castle staff in retrieving the art works and other priceless artifacts if they could.
Both Prince Philip and Charles were on the Restoration Committee, but Andrew appears to not have been included in the restoration, per Wiki.
