Well, this latest news will, more than likely, drop the Royal Family's popularity with the public another 15-20 points.
We have the news of Marius, Durek, then Marius again with the added news of Mette-Marit's possible interference with Maevidence. All this dropped on the King and Queen.
Apparently the story last week in the DM stating that Haakon and Marius traveling to London, Marius possibly entering rehab, was either not true or Marius checked himself out of trx. since he wasn't under any formal court order.
Marius does have serious problems with substance abuse, violence and psychological issues. Look at MM's family. His father Martin was in prison for drugs and being a drug lord, violence was "probably" involved. MM's father was not exactly stable. Her brother has a history of domestic violence. Mette-Marit was quite young when she became pregnant with Marius and admitted to drug use. It's possible that before she knew she was pregnant, she could have consumed drugs and alcohol to the extent that it affected her fetus. (my speculation only,not a fact). This all adds up and then add a healthy dose of entitlement that Marius seemed to have acquired as he grew older.
He's made a mess of his life, no doubt and he'll have to pay one way or another.
In addition, I read in another article that Mette-Marit and Marius have had a "rocky" relationship for some time and it has worsened the last year.
