All those years ago William was offered a settlement as we know and he accepted it. Donated the money to IG and moved on. Harry, too, was offered a money settlement and he refused. He never pursued any further action until the wife came along.
Harry has stated he will never settle, he wants the press to "pay". So the legal fees pile up and I have the feeling this is Harry and his legal team's effort to throw up a wall to drag along and possibly get a delay, which won't happen. He and his legal team may regret dragging up the e-mails. There may be info that backfire in his face.
As I've said, with The Sun, he's up against the Murdoch family and they fight plus they have so much money this is all a drop in the bucket for them. Their out to beat Harry.
