William has done an amazing job with the Earthshot Prize and the speech was knowledgeable, supportive, and a little humorous. I just wish he'd dress better. Most of the men in the audience were wearing proper suits and many were wearing ties too. William founded the Prize and he works hard with it and its success is down to him, but would it kill him to dump all those narrow-legged navy-blue trousers (please don't tell me he has just one or two pairs) and at least wear trousers that match his jacket? I've given up on hoping he'll wear a pocket square, but I don't think a well-ironed pair of normal-leg pleated khakis is too much to ask for.
