Yes, of course the politicians are at fault, and boy howdy have they run away--literally--when faced with their stupidity. However, I think it's useless to play the blame game at this point. That's not going to get people clean water, food, clothing, and shelter. That's not going to get their towns and villages dug out from the mud and, sadly, it's not going to find the dead.

Felipe and Letizia are a position to help their countrymen, and I hope they grab the chance and start moving.
