Maybe they turned to Tyler Perry again, since he supposedly loaned them the money to purchase Casa del Sussex. They sure don't have the money to pay for both properties, especially at this time when the money flow is drying up.
I think this is a fluff piece put out by the wife to distract from her bullying stories and the LA Children's Hospital debacle. It's funny that they supposedly have had this property for a long time and we just now are informed of the purchase?
