What we've read before, but it continues along the same vein. It's not surprising that she treats people horribly. What does surprise me is that no one calls her out on it. No restaurant manager has refused a reservation because of the way she treats staff. No stores have banned her for being rude to sales people. Or is it limited mainly to her own staff who would need a recommendation from her for another job?
