Yep and Harry has such a fear for his security in the UK also. I don't think he had a choice. Washington D.C. was the other choice and after the ESPY uproar, the American public wasn't going to tolerate the Harkle show nor pay out our tax money to IG so they can have all their luxury perks.
I swear I read an article right after New Year's that the UK Ministry of Defense put in the Birmingham bid. There was speculation that if Birmingham won the rights, the MOD would be running the Games in a much different fashion. No more Meghan fashion shows or speeches for one.
