The neckline is an illusion, I looked at the DM article and there's a panel of flesh colored fabric placed at the lower part of the neckline. If you have to do that, then don't go with that neckline, go with a full neckline, unless they had to alter the neckline at the last minute, because the original design was unacceptable..yeah.
