I've gone back and looked at Harry and Meghan, the event, I presume, was late afternoon/early evening. Both Harry and Meghan's pupils are dilated to the point of nearly obstructing the iris. That's abnormal even for that amount of light. Their on something, cocaine constricts pupils, this is something else. The hallucinogenic tea? I don't know about Meghan, but I'm convinced Mama D was high at Beyonce's concert. It's rumored Harry was too.
