I'm guessing their PR firm arranged it and paid one of their other clients to host the Sussexes. It's also not a surprise visit since Meghan is clearly merching from the tippy top of that chevron woolen tweed jacket (in Santa Barbara!!)to her silly shoes. As usual she looks completely ridiculous and out of place. Then again, she's competing against's Oprah's alligator trousers... and everyone else is dressed in California beach business casual.
