Yep, who gives a rat's hind end at what Harry thinks. Andrew has every right to honor his late mother as he did with his late father.
Of course, this disapproval coming from a nephew showing up at St. George's in a ratty wrinkled (and none too clean) too small shirt who performed the whole "caring" routine as a PR stunt.
