I love Charlene's hair, both the cut and the color, she looks great as a brunette. I agree her outfit is odd, when the other women are wearing lighter weight clothing/dresses.
There is something off with this group. The DM photos show the rest of the people in the group not smiling and not happy either, some are gazing at Jacques and Gabriella and they're not smiling. I wonder if something went awry right before the photos.
It's unusual because at the Picnic in the past, the twins always look happy and having a great time. Well, they're growing up with their parent's marriage issues, their mother gone off for months, having two older half siblings, it's a mess.
