I knew the judge would dismiss the complaint, defamation is hard to prove. Samantha would have been better off staying quiet, unfortunately she appears to be looking for money, even though that may certainly not be the case. Well, Samantha and her attorney can refile in 14 days, I think her attorney stated some weeks ago that if the case was dismissed, it would be refiled.
