Referring to the supposed "text" William sent Harry in the Netflix film, they didn't post the screen shots of the text in the film did they?
US Code 5 section 552a stated that for private texts between 2 parties to be published or aired publicly there must be consent between the two parties. It one party goes ahead and publicly shares the conversation(s) without the second consent, he or she can be sued. Section 552a talks about Federal agencies, but this applies to the private sector also-Privacy Act.
William's "text" and the screenshot of Catherine and Meghan's "texts" in Harry's book were fake....they had to receive consent from William and Catherine.....there was no way either William or Catherine would ever give consent to publish private texts for public viewing.
