Your correct on both accounts John, my last addition concerning Andrew being a drain on the Queen's finances, I should have really labeled that as mere speculation or just throwing the idea out. Since I didn't personally know the Queen and she didn't share her Will and it's contents with me, I have to speculate. To be serious, that's the problem with articles releasing this info, we know there was a Will and Charles was sole beneficiary, but we don't know the specific details included.
