"A palace source said: ‘Andrew hasn’t been uniquely targeted for ill-treatment. Her late Majesty supported her children during her lifetime and had made provision for them already.’
As working Royals, Edward and Anne receive a stipend from the Sovereign Grant to cover costs."
The late Queen may have provided monetary gifts for her remaining children, they may have been given those gifts while she was still alive or it's up to Charles to decide when to distribute such gifts.
However, if Andrew should receive money from the King, gift or provision, it may not be a much as he's expecting. The late Queen paid for all Andrew's legal bills throughout the entire Giuffre /Epstein issue while paying, I'm sure, other expenses for Andrew..while he was paying for Fergie's money issues. The Queen, but more likely Charles may think along the lines that money Andrew may have been left by his mother after her death has already been spent paying for his mistakes/problems. Just speculation. That's what occurred in my family, not to me or my sister.
