If she were still alive, there would be no titles to strip. What she might have done is issue new LPs and worded them in some manner to accomplish them in some manner so that nobody already in possession of the right to use those titles would be affected such as making the new LPs apply only to Charles's descendants.

But there would be nothing preventing Charles from using his own LPs to revert to the rules established by George V.
