In my opinion the Life Peerage is the correct choice. It's possible that Edward will live as lnong as his parents and therefore for the next 30 odd years, and possibly longer. James will continue as Earl of Wessx. The Edinburgh title may pass to Prince Louis in the future. The King I feel thought of all possiblities.
