Welby is in thrall to Harry's wife. I don't think he has strong feelings in regard to Harry.

It's interesting that in the latest poll, the question was where Harry should be invited to the coronation. No mention of the wife. And that probably explains why the results were as positive as they were.

Of course, anybody with a brain would realize that Harry won't attend without her and would have answered based on that premise rather than indulging in magical thinking.
