Well yeah, it's very unusual to lose staff after "highly successful" projects such as (cough, cough) the Netflix sob story film and Harry's sob story book. Having such successes, why would 2 important staff members leave in Dec., followed by 2 more a month later?
Archewell, I suspect, is losing money big time while any serious donors have abandoned the organization. We all know when an organization states it's in the process of streamlining x,y,z, it's in money trouble.
