That's correct, Harry conducted only 4 interviews. Two were in the rented house in Calif. and 2 in NYC with Colbert and Strahan (GMA), hardly a media tour.
There was a rumor on the internet that Meghan tried to crash the interview with Anderson Cooper, she showed up and the house and was stopped by CBS security. It was claimed she got into a heated argument with security and ultimately drove off in a huff. Nothing definitely proven.
Not only may Meghan be in a huff over the amt. of proceeds going to charity, but in addition, Meghan can't face the media. She knows she'll be hit with the Taliban claim and the Royal Family racism walk back plus the numerous claims that have been debunked so far. Meghan would get flustered and angry, she can't think on her feet.
I think that's just another reason Meghan has been silent and Harry has suddenly gone MIA/AWOL. They can't face the media without questions submitted beforehand.
