Catherine isn't the type to do that, though, and neither are the other female members of the RF. And why would she look like her normal self for the first few days of the visit, then suddenly get fillers--in a foreign country, no less--when the tour is coming to a close? That doesn't make sense.

I think she was tired and a bit under the weather, for whatever reason.
