Exactly, the Govt. has already shown time and again, they're not in any hurry to do anything, Charles could even present his proposal for removing their titles in the next hour and the Govt. would still dither around and do nothing. That was an exaggeration, I expect Charles to drag his feet, as well. It's true, the public can send in petition after petition, nothing will be done.
