However, a royal commentator has since suggested that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were not told of the Queen’s struggle with cancer. 

Kinsey Schofield, founder and creator of the To Di For Daily podcast, theorised that the Sussexes were not “trusted” with the information. In the latest episode of the podcast, which came in the form of a TalkTV segment with presenter Cristo Foufas, Ms Schofield referenced a “very interesting theory”.

I would believe it, Harry and Meghan can't keep their mouths shut. The minute they learned of HM diagnosis, they would have blabbed...or Harry would have put it in his book.
I believe the Queen supported Harry and Meghan at first, until they betrayed her and the family.
