Since thinking about responding to condolence cards when a family member dies, there could be many country branches of organisations the Queen visited near her homes, like the Women's Institute. There could be quite a lot to do to "finalise" many connections with courtesy and respect shown to the locals. I guess we might never know just how extensive this activity might be.
