All three have been heavily involved with St. John's ambulance for many years. IIRC, the Duke took over as Grand Prior from his father, too. The organization has done amazing worke for the past 100+ years.

Changing gears, I think Anne's debuted a new gown. I haven't seen that one before. I like it.
