The assumption is that Charles is in the Harkle crosshairs ... but what if it's William? It makes sense that both Catherine and William will come under heavy fire considering the bad blood boiling between the two. If there's a chance to damage William as a monarch the Harkles will take the shot. I don't think Harry will blame his brother for their mother's death, but he will put much of the blame for "needing" to leave Britain on the Cambridges.
Clear evidence now points to Martin Bashir manipulating Diana into a state of paranoia that eventually led her to dismiss having a protection detail which left her vulnerable on the night she died. He can blame the al Fayeds for their ineptitude in having a habitual drunk in charge of security and driving an unsafe car, but not Charles with whom Diana had become on cordial terms just before the accident.
