"Proud Margaret Seaman knitted a replica of Sandringham that had the Queen in stitches when she saw it in the real royal residence.
Margaret, 92, spent two years modelling the Queen’s Norfolk home, using £700 of wool.
And Margaret says Her Majesty was “impressed” when she saw it on a visit to Sandringham, where it will be on display in the ballroom until October.
Margaret, whose knitted installations have raised £50,000 for charity, said: “That was absolutely wonderful, she seemed to enjoy it very much.”
Margaret is raising money for the NHS Hospitals in Norfolk.
