There is a precedent for somebody losing an HH Prince style (the 2nd Duke of Connaught and Strathearn).
I think the majority of British taxpayers are in favor fewer HRH's. And Parliament isn't in a position to make waves, not after claiming that removing Harry's peerages isn't in their job description, that the Queen decides the "titles" of her family members.
Meghan once again showed her ignorance when she said:
'You know, the other piece of that convention is, there's a convention I forget if it was George V or George VI convention that when you're the grandchild of the monarch, so when Harry's dad becomes King, automatically Archie and our next baby would become Prince or Princess, or whatever they were going to be But also it's not their right to take it away.'
No, Meghan, it's not a convention, it's an LP. And an LP can only be issued by a monarch. King George V (a king is a monarch, Meghan) issued the LP because he thought the number of princes and princesses was growing too large and needed to be limited.
George VI issued an LP which granted the HRH Prince/Princess to any children born from the marriage of his daughter Elizabeth to Philip, so that those children didn't have to wait until his death before receiving those titles.
Elizabeth II issued an LP (The QUEEN has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal
of the Realm dated 31 December 2012 to declare that all the children of the eldest son of The Prince of Wales should have and enjoy the
style, title and attribute of Royal Highness with the titular dignity of Prince or Princess prefixed to their Christian names or with such other titles of honour.)
I doubt Meghan would have claimed the Queen had "no right" to override George V's LP if she had issued one giving Harry's children the HRH Prince/Princess at the moment of birth. Somebody from Casa Sussex was campaigning very hard for that during her pregnancy with Archie.
Meghan will just have to put up with her children being "linked" to the royal family rather than "ranked" in the royal family.
