The most prominent women of color who immediately spring to my mind are Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey, and Gayle King. I have never heard a whisper against them (and I'm in the US) let along accusations of being "too angry, too scary, too whatever in the workplace."

I can't think of any others, either.
