Harriet Johnston, along with Jessica Rach, are big Meghan/Sussex cheerleaders. A planted story beyond a doubt. The continuous "positive" PR ahead of March. It's to appear the Sussexes are making amends to the Cambridges despite the Cambridge "snubs". Harry and Meghan are made to look like the suffering saints.
If William bought sapphire and diamond earrings for Catherine, so what? Look at all the lavish things the Sussexes have acquired, but the tabloids seem to conveniently forget it.
