It looks like they'll be hiding behind a corporate facade that regulates and controls every image and sound that they generate, including images and sounds from Archie. This seems very like what Oprah did, but she hit all the steps along the way of building a brand and then incorporating it into publishing and producing. The Harkles are just making everything proprietary without showing any quality of product.
