A big tell has been the length of time Harry and Meghan have spent away from the U.K. Meghan's window to become a British citizen has closed and Harry is outside of his visa time frame. We said at the time Meghan didn't want to be fast-tracked into citizenship because she would be staying long enough and once again we were right.
I think Harry will be applying for resident alien status, relying on him being married to one citizen and being the father of another.
