Samantha and her lawyers/publisher can always re-title the book if they have to. I'm sure we have a massive "positive" Meghan PR onslaught. It would be a huge irony if Samantha's book becomes a massive bestseller. That's not a prediction, it's merely a "what if", that would be a huge slap in the face to the Harkles.
