The entire concept of "unconscious bias" is pure BS. When a person hurls a slur(s) at others of a different race, gender, religion etc., he/she acquired that bias from a source...family, friends, co-workers etc. Slurs, hate speech and such are specifically aimed at targets and not at random so those involved can't claim, "oh, I didn't know what I doing?" I apologize for insulting everyone's intelligence. Harry is so insincere and false, he's acting as much as his wife. Harry, acknowledge your racism and apologize or shut your big mouth.
One more thing, it's easy to spout off and lecture from whatever mansion you're living in, in mostly white, wealthy Santa Barbara. Sorry, I'm being biased, but it's true.
