I was wondering what types of meats you've used for soups or stews, and what cooking methods you've tried?
I'm contemplating pressure cooking some meat with a couple of carrots, and a bit of celery and onion.
Then, chopping more carrots, etc., and sautéing them.
After that, taking the pressure cooked meat and vegetables, cutting them up, and adding them to the sautéed vegetables, along with the beef broth from the pressure cooker.
I don't know if it will be any better than usual, but the meat should become quite tender, and the broth be better.
Any thoughts?
