I can see these making great gifts at any holiday for neighbors, the postman/woman, trash collectors, etc.
Actually, there are 2 that would be good for that. I'll post both.
I'd use non-stick spray, parchment paper, or non-stick foil.
1 - Quick Praline Bars
24 graham cracker squares
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Some people said to double the brown sugar mix for better coverage. Others didn't.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Arrange graham crackers in single layer in ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch.
Heat brown sugar and butter to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
Pour sugar mixture over crackers; spread evenly. Sprinkle with pecans.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until bubbly; cool slightly. Cut between graham crackers into bars.

2 - Orange-Cranberry Chex Mix
You could add some fresh orange zest, and/or could add dried cherries in place of the cranberries. You could also add pretzels. Some people added honey-nut Cheerios.
I wonder if a pinch of salt would bring out the flavors, and balance the sweetness?
I can see eating this all year along, if kept in a Tupperware/Rubbermaid-type container. A handful or 2 in place of breakfast, or as a snack or dessert?
3 cups Corn Chex™ cereal
3 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
3 cups Wheat Chex™ cereal
1 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup frozen (thawed) orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Heat oven to 300°F. In large bowl, mix cereals and almonds.
In microwavable measuring cup, mix butter, brown sugar and juice concentrate. Microwave uncovered on High 30 seconds; stir. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into ungreased large roasting pan.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Stir in cranberries. Cool completely, about 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.
