I've enjoyed chili tamales, since the masa has arrived.
I hope to cook a little more coming right up.
Ds is shopping tomorrow, but an unexpected bill means that I'm not going to participate. Well, I almost got some chicken, etc.!
I saw an interesting dish on television recently. One of the women that I enjoy watching is writing a cookbook, and shared 3 recipes that will be in it.
This is a layered brownie-cheesecake. She has Oreos between the layers but I would probably not add them.
The first layer is a brownie batter which makes a gooey brownie vs. a cakie brownie, and it's topped with an easy cheesecake batter. Then topped with large pieces of broken up Oreos. As I said, they're probably good, but I would make it without, I think.
Bake, cool, refrigerate, eat!
