When it comes to fruits, which ones do you only prefer fresh, and which do you prefer canned? I'm sure that there are some that are good either way.
For example, while I almost think of them as 2 different fruits, like I do canned or fresh green beans or spinach, I always liked canned and fresh peaches, and pears.
I really haven't had a lot of fruits canned, for example, plums, cherries, apricots, papaya, mango, or berries, aside from pie fillings.
Pineapple is good both fresh and canned, depending on brand.
I've only eaten strawberries and citrus fresh...or freeze dried, which is amazing in cakes and frosting for a real punch of flavor, by the way!
I'm probably forgetting something.
