Here it is:
⦁ 1 pound pork chops
⦁ 1 cup all-purpose flour
⦁ 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
⦁ 2 tablespoons yellow or brown mustard
⦁ Preheat oven to 350°F.
⦁ Combine flour and seasoned salt in a small bowl.
⦁ Grease a baking sheet (such as spray).
⦁ Spread 1 teaspoon of mustard on one side a pork chop.
⦁ Dredge the mustard-coated side in flour.
⦁ Spread the other side with one teaspoon of mustard and dredge.
⦁ Continue until all chops are covered.
⦁ Place the coated pork chops on the greased baking sheet.
⦁ Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until brown and crispy.
Notes:
You can use something like panko in place of, or with, the flour.
If you don't have seasoned salt, mix things like paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to substitute. You can also add to it a little ground celery seed, and for the chops specifically, an herb of choice.
Also, you can cook these in a skillet, rather than in the oven, if you like. Be careful not to disturb the coating too much when putting them in, and turning them. It can help to bread them a bit before needing them, and let them sit, without a cover on them, in the 'fridge for 30-60 minutes before cooking them.
So, if you like mustard, it's an easy 4 ingredient meal with little prep involved.
