I'm glad that the baby oil helps.
Yeah, for freezer eating!
I had my last meat this week. I'd been saving it. And, the meal was really good. I cooked it and onion. Added 'stuff' to make it tasty for me. Then, made spaghetti and cooked it just under al dente.
Then, put it into the pan with the meat mixture, and cooked for a short time together. It was really tasty.
But, the bonus meal was lunch today. There was some left, which we refrigerated. For lunch, I put olive oil in a pan and cooked the leftover spaghetti/meat mix until hot. It did something magical, not sure what, and was the best meal that I've had in weeks and weeks! Delicious!
The only thing that would have been better, would have been to be able to add a little butter to the olive oil when I cooked it. But, am not complaining!
I got to thinking about making a panful on purpose, to freeze into meals. How do you think the pasta will be in the freezer after being cooked and sautéed? I was thinking okay, if I didn't overcook it.
Stay warm!
