I made the last 2 1/2 lb. roast, and felt better, as I need meat to not have low numbers on bloodwork, and to feel well. I'd become very dizzy without it, and weak feeling...no energy at all.
I'm not sure where to go from here, since we won't be getting more for a while. I was thinking of cooking the same size of the brisket that we have, which will leave 2 odd cuts.
I got a small mustard, and 2 packs of chicken, plus Dh's cheese, but still need his jam, my water, and onions.
I did make myself a mug of cocoa this evening. I love it, but it's more sugar than my pieces of candy. I miss my daily bites, as the small amounts are satisfying, and are not an over-amount of sugar.
I'm not sure what I'll do with the chicken, as yet.
