This week I took my next to last 2 1/2 lb. roast, and my next to last pack of chicken tenders, plus my too-old carrots (they came in the bag less fresh than I would have liked.) etc. and made some stew, and some chicken pot pie filling.
The stew isn't bad, but the pot pie filling is really good.
The stew will have broth added to stretch it, I think, and I hope to make pot pie pockets.
That's 2 meals down!
The next is chili, when I thaw the last small roast, buuuutt, my masa never arrived. I have to contact the company.
Well, I'm off to have soup. How was your food week?
