Luckily I made a large batch of fried rice. Lots of veggies: minced sized carrots, peas, beans, celery, Jasmine rice, soy sauce, a touch of sesame oil, onions, peppers green, yellow, etc., or chicken, tiny shrimp, pork bits. What ever I can find in the fridge.
I have avocado toast most mornings, but made a bunch of berry & cinnamon waffles. I have a few small sausage links leftover so chopped up 2 to have with 2 waffles - small round waffles.
I was not happy with the chicken breasts from IMPFoods. Too much tough tendons.
Oh my IMP Food order was cancelled due to no Debit card on my account. I am still waiting to receive my new one in the mail. SO no fresh food from Schwan's or Imperfect Food tomorrow. At least I bought some things at Walmart, Avocados, Velveeta, and a large subway... Spicy Italian... no salt.
Lots of fried rice servings with hardly any salt. Some chicken breasts, turkey sandwiches with onions & brown mustard & romas, grilled pnb & cheese.
Oh fresh apple pie, very small servings. Tomato soup & saltines with butter.
I haven't been in the mood fro Salads. A can of tuna has saton the counter, been put away, gotten out again, etc, etc.
No ice cream at all, no soda, no chips till last night. Ate to many and BS was high. Which is what my problem is lately. That operation has really send my bp to my heart high. Ever since that thing with the pain in the top of my head and the pop out in my skull. Sheesh! Who knows. But working on doing all my Feb bills ahead of time so that if I am in the hospital Boy can just put in the mail after the 4th.
Anyway.... I have a pork chop to cook - it's thick so will slice lengthwise. Now if I could just eat some of the fish I have. Sheesh! I love fish but have been off it for a while. Doesn't make sense to me. Will try and cook some tonight, Chops tomorrow. Crossing my fingers.
Oh, remember my not having my Maderna booster signed off on my card? Drs ofc called today and gave me the lot number. THen I had to call the other counties covid guy to find out what to use as location. I then passed that info back t Dr's office in case more of us that didn't get sign off now what to use as location.
Boy so may screwups lately. Hopefully life will calm down SOON!!
Take care like some of your meals.. I do have a bag of white flour tortillas, a lg can of refried beans, salsa, etc.
Plus I found a bunch of soup recipes I am determined to fix up. Plus I ended up with a bag of yellow beans. ALL my current cookbooks are on the table in the library. It's the tall square table with 4 barchairs. Once I get the boxes out of DDs bedroom I can move my square hope trunk and one of the upholstered arm chairs into her bedroom. Then I will have room for the Bar table and three chairs. One works for me in the kitchen to sit on while prepping.
Have a good weekend and I am using more beans then meat for protein. What ever works, yes???
