I made brown rice yesterday and fried 2 boneless pork chops, in butter, with rosemary & thyme and Garlic. S&P of course.
Added 1/2 cup of beef broth and added 2 cups of cooked brown rice. Tossed in some dices, carrots, onions, peas and corn niblets. reheated last of the beets. Three meals out of that.
I still prefer white rice, jasmine usually.
I have 2 packs of 2 small chicken breasts. Maybe use both. Not sure. That sounds really good.
Stress is killing me and you. Awful times that just are horrid to endure.
At least working out side and walking helps.
Well, time for Charlie afternoon walk ball time. Yesterday I cut a huge amount of sticker trees.. horrid things.
My neighbor asked me to cut them down my myside - well the trunks are on their side of the fence but the branches and sometimes the trunks are on mine. I did all I could reach. But there is still two very high branches that need a ladder and a mans strength.
So Charlie and I managed to drag all those branches.. tallest at 15 / 20 feet or more and lots less, to a pile in the far west/north corner. Kids will hopefully come over after their trip to help manage the pile. It's a huge mound to branches. I did get a couple of stickers but all are out.
So my neighbors have been after me for talking to people in the neighborhood that walk by the yard and give Charlie compliments. I asked the "NbRS is they new them.. had their names, Boy did both my neighbors wig out. What are you doing talking not strangers. BLAH, BLAH, Blah. I am not 5 years old. So I got chewed out royally. ODD!!! Yesterday they walked by the house and A and S from across the street talked to them. No big deal.
This is the third time my NBRS have chewed me out. what is going on? Totally weird. I talk to people walking by all the time. Not sure how to handle their reactions. It is quite annoying!
I really wish you less stress. I am having physical issues due to my stress... nothing we can do about it, is there? Oh well. Hang in there things have to get better eventually. Fingers crossed.
