Step 2 was adding 2 cups pre cooked white rice. Stirred to heat and added 1 cup beef broth. Added mixed veggies, carrots, corn & peas.
Seasoned with: garlic, salt & pepper, plus some thyme and Worchestershire sauce.
Mixed well. Covered and let simmer till ready to eat.
I ate half the rest is for lunch tomorrow.
It was really fast, easy & good. 8-)
