In reality, it's a cross of broccoli and Chinese broccoli that was bred in Japan. It can be mixed up for sprouting broccoli.
I like most brassicas, but Asian brassicas like bok choy break out my tongue, so I keep away from them.
I'm sorry that the turkey wasn't better, but maybe with enough gravy...

Make all of them, over time, and you'll have your choice of soups, whenever you like, through the winter! I love it!
